Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Flagship Facility Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office environment.

• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Dust and clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables.
• Vacuum all carpeting and spot clean soiled areas as needed.
• Clean glass on lobby door.
• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed in lunchroom/break areas.
• Wipe and clean all table tops and chairs.
• Wipe and clean vending machines and appliances.
• Clean sink and counter areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.

Our office environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. You will be exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, cleaning products, and noise.

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 30 pounds of equipment (such as cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash.
