Job Summary:

As a Seasonal Team Supervisor at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. This is a full-time position that requires strong product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Benefits:

* Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $22.5 to $34 per hour.
* Annual or quarterly performance incentives, providing opportunities for additional compensation.
* Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
