DaVita Inc. is seeking a Medical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role requires a high level of empathy and compassion, as you will work closely with patients who are suffering from end-stage renal disease.

Key responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, measuring and recording vital signs, and educating patients on kidney-related topics. You will also have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to enter the healthcare field and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in healthcare is a plus. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
