Job Overview
DaVita is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Registered Nurse RN at Danbury Hospital. As a critical care nephrology specialist, you will be responsible for delivering lifesaving dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role
This role requires a current RN license in the state of practice, an associates degree in nursing, and a commitment to improving patient health through quality initiatives. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage complex treatment plans and provide high-quality care to patients across various clinical settings.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nephrology care through hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
  • Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts
  • Collaborate with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred

Compensation and Salary Range
