Job Description

As a Detox LPN at Windsor Laurelwood Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering medication, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other essential data
  • Collaborate with the RN and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide individualized patient education and support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN/LVN) or eligibility to receive or renew
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a detox healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of non-violent physical crisis intervention (BLS) and CPR
