About the JobThe Burn Unit Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- At least 1 year of charge nurse and/or leadership experience preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
