Job Overview

TerraBella Pheasant Ridge is seeking a skilled Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing, reporting, and documenting symptoms and conditions of residents, as well as assisting with medication management and daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents in a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assist with medication management, including reviewing service plans and administering medications according to the six rights of medication pass
  • Document and report any changes in resident condition or concerns
  • Participate in the development of the service plan and monthly updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • CPR Certification preferred
  • First Aid Certification preferred
