About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Summer 2025 Intern Manufacturing Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge, gain experience, and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, collaborate with suppliers to ensure components meet our standards, and contribute to the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge products.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from research and development to product engineering and test lab work. You will be responsible for designing and building fixtures to simulate real-life situations, testing and verifying technical specifications, and collaborating with technicians and engineers to improve manufacturing lines.

We are looking for students who are currently working on a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or above. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.

As a Stryker intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new products to improving existing ones. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals around the world.

Requirements
