Senior Rehabilitation Therapist

We are a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services across various facilities.
Job OverviewThis position requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for home care to facilitate recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Progress Monitoring: Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and modifications to therapy plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Clinical Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and needs.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Current Physical Therapy Practices and Evidence-Based Interventions: Knowledge of current practices and regulatory standards.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, which may vary based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
