We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Director to join our esteemed Primary Care Practice in Thomaston, Connecticut. This salaried position offers a competitive base salary of $**250,000** per annum, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and supported by relocation assistance.
About Our Medical Group
Our medical group is the largest hospital-affiliated, multi-specialty practice in the Greater Waterbury area, with over 100 physicians and healthcare providers. We maintain clinical and academic affiliations with Yale University School of Medicine, The University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Frank H. Netter School of Medicine, and Connecticut Children's Medical Center.

As part of Waterbury HEALTH, we operate within a 357-bed facility, offering state-of-the-art care for the surrounding community. With a level II trauma designation, our team provides exceptional patient care, emphasizing compassionate service and innovative treatment approaches.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Primary Care Practice. Your responsibilities will include:
