About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Polaris Mechanic to join our team at Karl Malone Group. This is a full-time position that requires strong automotive knowledge and exceptional repair skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic tests on Polaris vehicles. They will also provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct thorough testing of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and additional needs
  • Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed or needed
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations
Requirements
  • Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license free from major infractions
  • Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Prompt and courteous behavior
