Finance Manager, North American Customer Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our North American Customer Fulfillment team at Amazon. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our operational leaders, driving business decisions, and ensuring financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
- Provide financial guidance and support to operational leaders, challenging assumptions when necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex data integrity issues.
- Design and develop performance measurements and reporting to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of finance or analytical experience, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial models and analysis.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, such as SQL, MS Access, and Essbase.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex financial issues effectively.
Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $85,900/year to $179,500/year, depending on location. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks.
