Job SummaryWe are seeking LPN nurses to work with our patients on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing physician-prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for administering medications, providing health education, and promoting patient independence.
