Job Overview

About the Role

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks and medication administration
  • Support patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing
  • Excellent follow-through and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 60-70lbs frequently and stand/walk throughout shifts
  • Knowledge of computer systems and office equipment
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
