Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to patients in their homes
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Educate family members on patient care to enhance positive outcomes
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
