Business Development Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive in Business Development to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and achievements
- Stay updated with industry developments and market trends to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the relevant industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel as required
