Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, including a $20,000 commitment-incentive bonus, shift differential, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, competitive paid time off, extended illness bank package, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Neuro Surgical Nights RN. In this role, you will utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention to serve as a patient-care innovator and shape exceptional patient journeys every day.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date
  • NIH Stroke Certification completed within 90 days
  • Current state RN license or multistate compact license
About the Department

This role will be based in our 12-med surg department with a 6:1 patient nurse ratio. You will take all neurosurgery, neurology, and bariatric surgery patients, but also admit other diagnoses.
