Williamson Health is a reputable healthcare system in Franklin, Tennessee, offering a comprehensive range of medical services. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Critical Care to join our team.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Critical Care at Williamson Health, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients in high-acuity settings. This role requires a thorough understanding of critical care practices and certifications, along with an ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, contributing to the overall well-being of patients. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering world-class compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a comprehensive assessment on all patients within the appropriate time of admission, utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination; including data obtained from patient, family, and other members of the healthcare team.
Plan the patient's care on an individual basis, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
Plan for patient teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs as appropriate for patient population.
Handle/transports/stores/prepares/administers medications/solutions safely and in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Document accurately and timely.
Reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly and in a timely manner.
Accept charge responsibilities and assign staff with consideration of patient condition and care requirement, acuity, and complexity of patient's condition. Facilitate staff development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
BLS within 90 days of hire.
Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire.
ACLS within 6 months of hire.
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package that offers choice and flexibility, so you can take charge of your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
