Job Summary

As a Senior Legal Contracts Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will provide critical support to senior business leadership on contract compliance requirements across the contract lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) risk mitigation, drafting formal risk mitigation documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and counsel to senior business leadership on contract compliance requirements.
  • Draft formal risk mitigation documents, guidance, and correspondence.
  • Support company compliance with contract- and corporate-level regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Provide guidance on the company's operational risk management process.
  • Maintain records and case management documentation for compliance and risk discussions.

Requirements
  • Experience in a role involving the administration of government contracts or compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government OCI contract regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
  • Ability to identify and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with training development and presentation.
  • Experience in corresponding and negotiating with DoD and Civilian federal agencies.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, including senior leadership.

Compensation

Our recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our values. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model

If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
