Lead Physician in a Dynamic Family Practice Setting

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to join our esteemed medical team at Physician Empire. Located in the beautiful region of Minnesota, known as the Land of 10,000 Lakes, this position offers a unique blend of professional growth, personal fulfillment, and community engagement.
About the Role:- This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary package based on MGMA standards.
- Shifts are arranged on a 7-on-7-off schedule, providing a stable work-life balance.
- The average admission and discharge numbers during the day shift are six each, while nighttime shifts involve minimal admissions.
Our clinic boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a full laboratory, MRI, CT services, and an EPIC EMR system. We are certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory care. Our multi-specialty clinic features integrated behavioral health, anesthesiology, obstetrics/gynecology, and various visiting specialties.
