We're seeking an experienced product leader to spearhead our product vision and strategy for growth and retention while managing a high-functioning team of Principal and Senior Product Managers. As a key member of our organization, you will own the end-to-end experience for thousands of vacation rental owners, helping them start, manage, and grow their businesses on our platform. You will define the product strategy to scale our business significantly, determining the features and capabilities required to achieve that growth.

This role demands an ambitious, innovative, and growth-minded product leader with experience in building and coaching teams to launch new products and capabilities and drive adoption to meet business goals. Successful candidates will excel in navigating ambiguity, possess strong analytical skills, and have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. They will bring a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, influencing a diverse set of leaders across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities and drive consensus on product investments. Balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic decisions will be essential as the vacation rental industry continues to evolve.

What You'll Do
  • Create a product vision for assigned areas of product, develop strategies to achieve that vision, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Be an excellent communicator to get buy-in from teams and stakeholders on your vision, leveraging data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams of Principal and Senior Product Managers, ensuring the product organization can effectively support all stakeholders in the Evolve marketplace (Guests, Owners, Partners, and Team Members).
  • Instill product management best practices throughout the product organization, creating a culture of learning and career development opportunities for the product management organization.
  • Create frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, ensuring product roadmaps deliver value and align with company KPIs.
  • Stay close to the details to ensure teams are executing efficiently and help remove blockers as they arise, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation.
  • Work with leadership to refine processes and organizational structures, ensuring high-quality, on-time execution of product roadmaps.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing product management teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to build cross-functional partnerships with varying types of teams.
  • Proven ability to drive data-informed decision-making, leveraging stakeholder input, qualitative user research, market analysis, and analytics to steer invested parties towards balanced recommendations.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs amongst competing priorities, discuss new ideas while maintaining focus on overall business priorities.
  • Familiarity with a wide breadth of product management tools and services to aid the product organization in discovery, documentation, execution, and measurement of products.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $210,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. This role is also eligible for a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance. For more information about benefits and rewards, please visit our website.
