Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at IntegraONE. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for human resources and benefits administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, managing employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees by completing necessary paperwork, updating records, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, assist with annual open enrollment, and present benefits packages to new employees as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, benefit files, and other documents as required.
  • Recruiting and HR Projects: Schedule interviews, conduct background checks, verify references, and assist with various HR projects as assigned.
  • Compliance and Inquiries: Answer HR-related employee questions in a timely and accurate manner, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain documentation in the company payroll portal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office365, Webex Teams, Adobe, Oracle NetSuite, Paylocity, and ConnectWise (a plus but not required).

Work Environment:

This role is initially based in our Allentown office, with a potential hybrid option after 90 days. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
