Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant - PRN to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized care services to meet patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and assist with self-administered medications as allowed by state regulations.
  4. Monitor patients' condition, report changes or concerns to the Case Manager, and participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities.

Requirements:

  • Meet the training requirements of the State, including 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
  • Have a minimum of six months experience providing personal care.
  • Be at least 18 years old, able to read and follow written instructions, and document care given.
  • Possess current CPR certification, demonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
  • Successfully complete a probationary period, demonstrating competence in required skills and qualifications.

Estimated Salary: $28-$35 per hour
