**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Sonida Senior Living. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residents' apartments and common areas.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks
  • Familiarize yourself with cleaning schedules of Residents' apartments and common areas to ensure completion of housekeeping tasks
  • Perform housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned
  • Ensure that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitor their completion

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
