About the Role
This Customer Success Manager position at WalkMe requires a trusted advisor who can manage a portfolio of up to 10 Fortune 1000 customers with a book of up to $4M in annual revenue. You will be responsible for helping clients achieve maximum value from our platform and exceed their goals. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will report to the Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention* Schedule and prepare Executive Business Reviews for customers to increase adoption and prove Return on Investment* Maintain an understanding of our product and roadmap to guide customers to success and promote adoption* Educate customers on relevant features and best practices* Establish strategic relationships with decision-makers and champions by guiding them on optimal platform usage* Develop Success Plans outlining how WalkMe addresses customers' immediate and future needs* Monitor customer health to identify risks and develop remediation options* Partner with internal teams to ensure customer renewal and expansion* Identify and mitigate potential risks using available data and customer knowledge
