This position assumes responsibility for the effective performance of Branch operations and ensures compliance with established Credit Union policies and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Bank or Credit Union, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Key responsibilities include maintaining proper cash controls, overseeing provision of member services, and training and supervising Branch staff.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills, as well as decision-making and customer service skills, are essential for success in this role.

An understanding of Credit Union services and products, as well as relevant regulatory requirements, is also required.
