Job Description

Capital Financing is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our Origination and Underwriting departments, you will be responsible for direct communication with claimants, collaboration with financing companies, and in-depth knowledge of medical terminology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with law offices and clients to gather necessary documents and information for financial evaluations
  • Meeting specific criteria for roles in Origination and Underwriting departments
  • Educating clients and law firms about the services offered by Capital Financing
  • Engaging with various departments within the organization
  • Discussing medical issues with plaintiffs
  • Managing inbound calls as part of a team effort
  • Collaborating with a skilled team of professionals
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Underwriting team
  • Staying in close contact with plaintiffs throughout the process

Requirements include:

  • Residing within a 30-minute distance from the Sandy Springs office in Georgia
  • Ability to work both remotely and in the main office
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in a law firm handling personal injury cases
  • Proficient in managing financial matters with companies from previous law firm roles
  • Capable of maintaining organization in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills are essential when interacting with plaintiffs
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex operational procedures is necessary
  • Proficiency in using various software applications is a must
  • Access to reliable transportation is a requirement
  • A team-oriented mindset is crucial for this role
  • A strong grasp of intake operations is expected
  • Demonstrated stable employment history without frequent job changes is preferred
