About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, offering flexibility in your work schedule. You'll maintain a therapy caseload, provide psychological testing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clients' diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans for clients
• Document client sessions, treatment progress, and results according to company policies
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution
• An active Clinical Psychologist License in Illinois (or post-doctoral fellowship consideration)
• Relevant clinical experience in direct services, including testing, therapy, and case management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems and office technology
