Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely bids for commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Accurate Bids: Review project specifications and drawings to determine product requirements and quantities.
- Project Planning: Determine project timelines and costs based on product and quantity requirements.
- Bid Review: Collaborate with project managers to review bid proposals and ensure accuracy.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training available for those with strong attributes and a willingness to learn.
- Mechanical and Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with numbers and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and allocate resources efficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
