**Program Overview**

Cintas is seeking a Management Trainee to participate in an extensive training program designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within the company. The program combines rotations in various departments with classroom seminars to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Management Trainee will be responsible for participating in the training program, rotating through various departments, and completing classroom seminars. Upon completion of the program, the Management Trainee will take on a key role as a new business Sales Representative.

**Requirements**

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree within six months and meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Preferred candidates will have co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role, a business or related academic major, and a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
