Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise Software Expert

At TEPHRA, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and close digital software business across current and net new clients
  • Build existing relationships and identify new networking opportunities in digital transformation
  • Meet and exceed booking and quota targets
  • Responsible for annual business planning for the assigned territory
  • Responsible for nurturing and qualifying pipeline in the assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in direct software sales
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to navigate a high-growth region
  • Public speaking ability to evangelize the vision and value of TEPHRA software and solutions team
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge specifically around competitive products and offerings
