A Competitive Compensation Package
  • $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator I to support our procurement team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with purchasing activities, maintain accurate records, and help coordinate the supply chain for our pharmacy divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in procurement and make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and ensuring timely submission to vendors
  • Monitor and track order status, updating internal records
  • Maintain accurate data in our procurement and inventory management systems
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
  • Support inventory management by updating stock levels and assisting in reordering as needed
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
  • Collaborate with team members across pharmacy divisions to meet supply needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or coursework in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years in procurement, purchasing, or a related field; experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Basic understanding of procurement and inventory management principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
