Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team at Perkins Management Services Company in Denmark. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our Executive Chef to create diverse menus that align with our company's vision and policies.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to maintain food quality and safety standards.
  • Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.
  • Produce high-quality dishes that follow established menus and meet location standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a positive and professional work environment.
  • Adhere to instructions from Executive or Sous Chefs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
