The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, as well as documenting treatment according to company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
  • Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
  • Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
  • Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a professional academic nursing program in which a Diploma, Associate Degree or Baccalaureate Degree is conferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Possesses knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques and demonstrates ability to apply in support of departmental and patient care quality improvement.
