Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to support patients in achieving their goals and improving their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform care decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
