About the Role:This is a nursing career opportunity for experienced registered nurses who wish to work in a hospital setting with a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients on our medical-surgical unit, including assessing patient status and implementing clinical nursing interventions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Clinical Decision Making: Use clinical judgment to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous RN experience on a similar nursing unit or long-term care setting.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association.
