Job Overview

Omni Inclusive is seeking a Performance Test Specialist to support the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining performance benchmarks, strategy and frameworks, and scalability testing of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks to ensure product excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
  • Create automated test suites to implement Performance and Load test plans, integrating performance testing as part of our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Analyze performance test reports with KPIs, work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks, and provide root cause analyses.
  • Offer suggestions for code, databases, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Work with SCRUM teams to incorporate effective creation of Performance tests and plans in each sprint cycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience with JMeter and other load testing tools like Locust or Gatling for testing REST APIs and other HTTP(S) endpoints.
  • Excellent knowledge of enterprise application architectures and Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Infra/Configuration management tools like Docker, Ansible.
  • Experience with New Relic to monitor Infrastructure and Applications performance.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a highly demanding environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
