Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team in managing customer relationships, handling day-to-day account needs, and assisting with loan preparation and closings. This role involves working closely with our Commercial Banker to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and assembling loan documents
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Managing appointments and meetings with clients
  • Participating in loan closings and ensuring smooth transactions
Requirements
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Dependability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of commercial loan documents and procedures preferred
  • Previous experience in banking or finance highly desirable
  • Experience with loan closing processes and real estate transactions a plus
Compensation and Benefits
