Job Description

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT – US Citizenship required

A seasoned software professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Requirements

United States citizenship

Top Secret/SCI with Poly

BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience)

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

8 or more years' experience of Java

8 or more years' experience with modern development practices

Deep understanding of Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community.

Familiarity with and ability to build Encryption Libraries and Key Management Services.

Establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution.

Participate in project planning and project status communications.
