Competitive Hourly Pay and Commission-Based Salary Structure:

As a Senior Hair Design Artist, you will have the opportunity to earn an estimated hourly range of $30-$40, plus commissions that can exceed $40 per hour for top performers. This salary structure is based on experience and working hours, making it an attractive option for individuals looking to advance their careers in the beauty industry.


About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through high-quality hair services, including cuts, colors, and styling.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base by building strong relationships and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education and training programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US.
  • Able and willing to work various schedules based on your income goals and guest demand.
  • Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application.
