The Learning Experience is seeking a compassionate and growth-oriented Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

We are a Premier Childcare & Preschool located in Riverview, dedicated to providing a joyful and engaging learning environment for children. Our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development, encouraging children to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.

Salary and Benefits

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus competitive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

Job Description

This role involves creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for toddlers aged 12 months to 36 months. You will partner with teachers to develop lesson plans, assessments, and activities that meet the unique needs of each child. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Communicating regularly with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions
  • Supporting center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required; ECE Coursework/AA/BA preferred but not required
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • CDA certification or Staff Credential required if no Early Education Degree
