">This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a motivated and results-driven individual. As a Community Maintenance Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance staff in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the property is well-maintained and presents a positive image to prospective residents.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock to support the needs of a growing lease-up community while controlling costs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe work environment for maintenance staff, residents, and visitors, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that prioritizes quality service and resident satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
">- A High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or trade school certification preferred.
- EPA Certification required (Type 1 & Type 2 or Universal); CPO preferred.
- 3 years of maintenance experience in residential property management or related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in various maintenance disciplines, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), short-term and long-term disability, and generous paid time off.
