About the Role

We are actively seeking Part-Time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team in completing Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Biddeford, Maine.

This unique opportunity offers a flexible schedule designed with your preferences in mind, allowing you to achieve your professional goals on your terms. You will have the freedom to interact with patients in a more intimate setting, conducting comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments and providing basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from patients' homes
  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments
  • Review medical history and ensure accurate documentation
  • Conduct medical reconciliation for patient safety and compliance
  • Provide patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience and NP/PA license
  • Active State NP or PA license
  • Active National Board Certification
  • Active NPI
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 6 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider
