Job Description:

Soccer Coach Role

As a Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coach, you'll bring our engaging curriculum to life. You'll lead weekly classes for kids aged 18 months to 12 years old, becoming their superhero in the process. Coaches are trained to infuse high energy and creativity into each session, teaching fundamental soccer skills while helping children master developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at each shift with a positive attitude, ready to create an enjoyable experience.
  • Be available to work weekend mornings.
  • Build strong bonds with children throughout the session.
  • Follow weekly lesson plans and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
  • Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls.
  • Promote customer retention and assist with marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • You're a team player who's reliable, creative, passionate, and willing to go above and beyond.
  • No prior coaching experience is necessary; training is provided.
  • A Food Handler's permit is required.
