Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa seeks an experienced Nail Technician to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end environment and provide exceptional nail care services to discerning clients.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing professional nail, hand and foot services in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques, and the ability to learn product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide personalized nailcare programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nailcare services using safe and professional techniques and maintain discretion and confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
  • Provide consistent professional nail treatments in accordance with Rancho Valencia protocols and Forbes 5-star standards.
  • Maintain an ample inventory of all products in treatment rooms necessary to perform all nail services.
  • Sanitize and clean working areas after every service and prepare treatment rooms for the next day or shift.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current California state license.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent standing and walking activities related to inspecting property and occasional need to perform reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing physical activities. Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally is also required.

Salary and Benefits
