At i4 Search Group Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 per year.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and valid licensure in the state of practice. With at least two years of experience in clinical pharmacy services, you will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical pharmacy services across the healthcare facility.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct medication therapy management and review for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Valid pharmacist license in state of practice.
  • Two (2) years Clinical Pharmacist Hospital experience.
