Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at Caesars Entertainment As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing professional nail, hand, and foot treatments and selling retail products that best fit our guests' needs.

About You:

  • You must hold a license from the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.
  • Prior customer service experience and prior nail treatment experience are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

The Job:

  • Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care, and polish application.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nail care, maintenance, and products.
  • Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
  • Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits.
  • Recommend and up-sell services and products that fit our guests' needs.
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring your work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products.
