Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and performing various duties to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers
  • Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
  • Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions
  • Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area and the sales floor
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures
