**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Media, PA. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and improving overall clinical services delivered to adults residing in our Residential Treatment Facility (RTF-A) and Crisis Residential Program (CRP).
**Responsibilities:**
This position involves formulating comprehensive assessments of client strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development and growth in accordance with program and funding regulations. You will devise a treatment plan in collaboration with the client and the treatment team, assist in implementing treatment goals and objectives, and engage clients in participating in the development of personal goals and objectives for the duration of psychotherapy. Additionally, you will maintain therapy progress notes, contact with treatment team psychiatrists, and contact with other clinical staff to ensure cohesiveness in treatment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. You will also be responsible for providing necessary psychotherapies in conjunction with medical necessity and client needs through both individual and group sessions. In times of crisis, you may be required to assist in crisis intervention and hospitalization as necessary.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in clinical psychology and/or counseling psychology, with at least 2 years of mental health experience working with adults. Familiarity with behavioral analytic treatment approaches and knowledge of standardized psychological and behavioral assessments are essential. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are also crucial. You must be able to analyze and report on behavioral data and possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license is also required.
**Benefits:**
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $56,000 - $61,000 per year, plus a $2000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, free or low-cost dental and vision coverage, and participation in our 403(b) program with a discretionary match contribution from Elwyn. We also offer a generous tuition reimbursement program and master's degree incentive available to all employees working 30 or more hours weekly.
