Gardener

Join Aurora Innovations as a skilled Gardener/Garden Worker to contribute to our team's success. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining our outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain beautiful and well-manicured throughout the year. Your tasks will include large-scale lawn mowing, trimming edges, and cleaning adjacent areas, as well as leaf removal, sawing, and brush cutting work. You will also be involved in bed care, hedge trimming, shrub pruning, planting, and minor repair or maintenance work. Additionally, you will participate in machine and equipment maintenance, on-call, and winter service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed training as a gardener or farmer/specialist for agricultural services, with relevant experience in agricultural and municipal technical service companies or in another profession in the construction industry or crafts. Work experience in lawn and green space maintenance is desirable. You will also need to possess a driver's license class B or be willing to acquire it, with class C1 and C1E (formerly class 3) being desirable. Key skills include reliability, punctuality, commitment, and teamwork, as well as physical resilience without mobility and lifting restrictions. You will be responsible for organizing work processes and working independently and responsibly.
